Conditioning & Dancer Wellness

Tenth-grade dancers learn to care for the instrument they dance with — their body. Warming up, building strength and flexibility, fueling and hydrating, resting, and respecting injuries keep dancers healthy for the long run. They sort smart habits from risky ones, then plan a wellness routine.
