Mental Health & Wellbeing

Tenth graders learn that mental health — their emotional and social wellbeing — matters as much as physical health. Everyone struggles sometimes; healthy coping and reaching out for help are signs of strength. They explore the ideas, then plan supports and ways to reduce stigma.
