Stress Management

Tenth graders build self-management by handling stress in healthy ways — noticing it, pausing to breathe, using a coping strategy, breaking problems down, and reaching out for support. They order the steps, then build a personal stress-management plan. (If stress ever feels overwhelming, talking to a trusted adult or counselor always helps.)
