Fitness Technology & Self-Monitoring

Eleventh graders explore the tech that helps people track and improve fitness — heart-rate monitors, step trackers, apps, and target zones. Self-monitoring boosts motivation and progress, as long as you still listen to your body. They explore the tools, then plan how they would track a goal.
