Mental Health Support

Twelfth graders learn where to turn for mental health support — trusted people, school counselors and therapists, doctors, and crisis lines — plus the daily habits that protect wellbeing. Knowing your options, before you need them, is a key adult skill. They match supports to how they help, then build a support map.
