Self-Care & Wellbeing

Ninth graders build self-management by caring for their wellbeing — through sleep, movement, screen breaks, and connection. Self-care is not selfish; it is how you stay well enough to handle everything else. They sort habits that support wellbeing from ones that harm it, then plan a self-care routine.
